IFHE calls on members & friends to join the global conversation started by the UN to mark its 75th anniversary.
This anniversary comes at challenging times and the UN General Secretary aims to start a discussion about the future we want. We encourage you to share your perspective as a home economist, to share your ideas for building the future and advocate education & research on the responsible management of resources.
Title of their project: Enabling livelihoods and improved nutrition through micro solar hatchery enterprises for women empowerment and improved nutrition in villages of district Almora, Uttarakhand.

It is interesting to see the work INHERE is doing in India. You can find more information on the project here. It truly is such an honor to be able to see the work that the IFHE US grant recipients are doing across the globe.
Today would have been the grand IFHE World Congress opening in Atlanta, USA. We dearly regret that we had to postpone this important event and networking opportunity for our profession.
